How quickly can you start?
That depends on the scope and location. We confirm the possible start date together with the quote – which you receive within one working day.
Who leads the team on site?
Our own foreman. He plans the work, assigns tasks, checks quality and is your direct contact on site.
Which language do we use?
German or English – with the foreman on site or with your contact person at DLP24.
What does it cost?
You receive a written quote with clear prices in advance. We only start once you agree.
Do we need to arrange accommodation, clothing or travel?
No. DLP24 organises accommodation, work clothing and transport for the team.
Is this possible for short jobs or a whole season?
Yes, both. We take on single weeks as well as season-long contracts.
Are the workers employed and insured?
Yes. All workers are permanently employed by DLP24 and covered by social insurance. The statutory minimum wage is guaranteed.
Is this temporary staffing?
No. We work on the basis of a service contract (Werkvertrag): we take over a clearly defined task and are responsible for the result – with our own team and our own foreman.
Which countries do you work in?
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and Estonia.
When can we reach you?
Monday to Friday 8 am–6 pm, Saturday 8 am–1 pm (CET). Messages via WhatsApp, Telegram or email are answered on the next working day.
