Our story
Ten years of experience have taught us one simple thing: clients don’t just need people – they need work that gets done.

Alina Semko starts her career in the HR industry.
- 2016Experience in the service business
Move to a service company – projects for clients all over Europe.
- 2017–2019Her own company
Founding of her first own company, full-time from 2019.
- 2020The first employee
Nils Wacker joins the team – and is still with us today.
- 2024Foundation of DLP24 Sp. z o.o.
Many clients don’t ask for people but for finished results. Alina Semko repositions the company: DLP24 takes over tasks completely. In the same year the office grows with HR, accounting, administration and sales.
