DLP24 was founded on 12 September 2024. Time for an honest look back and a look ahead.

From the start we wanted staffing without detours: official employment, clear contracts, organised accommodation and travel, fixed contacts. That has not changed.
What we have learned

- Planning pays off. Asking early gets more reliable teams.
- Documents decide. Complete and valid paperwork is the most common condition for a quick start.
- Honesty builds trust. We say openly what is feasible and what is not.
Our principles
We work with people who hold valid European documents. We do not work with workers from Russia or with sanctioned persons.
Outlook
We want to keep growing without losing quality. For businesses that means plannable teams, for workers fair conditions.
