Photovoltaic installation is seasonal: spring and summer bring the most orders, and weather windows are limited. Installation teams are booked up quickly.
What a team must be able to do

- Work with fall protection on roofs.
- Basic cabling knowledge; electrical commissioning remains the job of a qualified electrician.
Occupational safety
Roofs bring special requirements: fall protection, scaffolding or harness, suitable footwear and instruction before starting. Document the instruction.
Contract and process
Describe service, area and date clearly. Under a contract for work, the result, not working time, counts. Notification duties apply for posted workers.
Planning tip
Build in buffer time for bad weather and clarify access, storage space and accommodation for out-of-town teams.
