We Are DLP24: Staff for Construction, Hospitality and Agriculture
DLP24 has existed since 12 September 2024. We place and post workers to Germany, Austria and Switzerland – fairly, transparently and in line with the law.
Who we are
DLP24 is a staffing company from Poland focused on the DACH region. We work for businesses in construction, hospitality and agriculture, and for people who want reliable work in Europe.
How we work
- Our workers are officially employed by DLP24 and posted in compliance with the law.
- We organise accommodation, workwear and transport.
- Candidates need documents that are already valid in Europe.
- Pay is at least the minimum wage level; we state clearly what remains after tax and contributions.
What we do not do
We do not work with workers from Russia or with sanctioned persons. This is a clear position for us.
What you can expect
Fixed contacts, quick answers and honesty about what is possible and what is not. For businesses: plannable teams, clean paperwork and help with notifications. For workers: clear contracts and clear conditions.
