With the right documents you protect yourself against liability risks. This checklist helps with selection.
About the company
- Proof of trade or commercial register entry.
- VAT identification number.
- Liability insurance.
About the employees
- Proof of social security registration, for posted workers usually the A1 certificate.
- Proof of the notification to customs for posted employees.
- Proof of wage payment at least at minimum wage level.
- Valid ID documents and residence permit where required.
For construction services
- Exemption certificate under section 48b Income Tax Act.
- Social security clearance certificate where available.
